I started this business because I got tired of watching out-of-town companies roll through San Clemente with a generic script that doesn’t account for what actually happens to glass three blocks from the Pacific. Every job is handled by people who work these streets every week and understand exactly what salt air, hard water, and marine layer do to glass here.
WHY WE DO THINGS DIFFERENTLY
Coastal-specific, not generic
Most window cleaning scripts are written for anywhere — wipe the glass, squeegee it, move on. That approach doesn’t account for salt film that needs a different treatment than dust, or hard water spots from sprinklers that regular cleaning won’t touch, or the fact that a Talega hillside home needs completely different access than a flat lot in Forster Ranch. We built our whole approach around what this specific town actually needs, because a generic clean on a coastal home doesn’t hold up — it just looks good for a week and then the salt film is right back.
