Our Window Cleaning Process in San Clemente is Safe Damage free
I know the window cleaning industry has a reputation problem — fly-by-night operators, no-shows, sketchy pricing. I built our process specifically to answer every worry a homeowner has before they even ask, because trust is earned before we ever touch your glass.
QUICK ANSWER
What does the window cleaning process actually look like?
Four steps: a free on-site quote where we walk your property and give you one firm price, a scheduled appointment with a real time window, the cleaning itself covering glass, screens, tracks, and frames, and a final walk-through with you before we leave. Nothing about the price changes after we start, and if anything isn’t right at the walk-through, we fix it on the spot.
01 — FREE ON-SITE QUOTE
No guessing, no phone-quote surprises
We walk your property in person, count windows, check access, and look at glass condition before giving you a number. Phone or online estimates for window cleaning are almost always wrong once someone actually sees the property, so we skip that step entirely and quote you accurately the first time.
02 — SCHEDULING THAT RESPECTS YOUR TIME
Real appointment windows, not “sometime Tuesday”
You get an actual time window when you book, and we show up in it. If something on our end runs long, you’ll hear from us before you’re left wondering. This sounds like a low bar, but it’s exactly the kind of thing that separates a real local business from someone who’ll ghost you after taking a deposit.
03 — THE DEEP CLEAN
Glass, screens, tracks, and frames — done together
This is where the coastal-specific approach comes in. Salt film, hard water spots, and irrigation overspray each get treated differently, and we’re not calling it done until the tracks and frames match the standard of the glass itself. Nothing gets billed separately after the fact.
04 — FINAL WALK-THROUGH
We check every pane with you before we leave
You walk the property with us at the end. If a spot got missed or something doesn’t look right, we fix it right there, not on a second visit weeks later. This is the step most companies skip, and it’s the one that actually builds trust.
How do I know a window cleaner showing up at my house is actually legit?
Fair question, and one I take seriously given the scam stories that circulate. We’re a real local business with a verifiable San Clemente address and license, and we’re happy to show insurance and licensing documentation before any work begins. No out-of-state phone numbers, no cash-only pressure, no bait-and-switch pricing after we arrive.
What happens if I’m not home during the cleaning?
That’s fine for exterior work — we just need access to the outside and any gated areas. For interior glass, we’ll schedule a time that works with your availability, whether that’s you being home or arranging access another way.

QUESTIONS WE HEAR
Our Process FAQ
How far in advance do I need to book?
It varies by season — we get busiest right after June Gloom lifts and before the holidays. Booking a week or two ahead is usually plenty, but we can often accommodate sooner.
What if it rains on my scheduled day?
We’ll reach out to reschedule if rain is likely to interfere. Light rain after a clean isn’t usually an issue since clean glass sheds water far better than dirty glass.
Do I need to move furniture or clear window areas beforehand?
For interior cleaning, clearing a couple feet in front of each window helps us work efficiently, but we’ll work around minor obstacles without issue.
Is there a cancellation policy?
We ask for reasonable notice if you need to reschedule, out of respect for the appointment slot — just give us a call as soon as you know.
